P e r s o n a l i t yDespite his often uninterested or distant expressions, Kyan is a pleasant cat that has a positive outlook on life. He's playful and cheeky but is likeable and always seeks to make others smile. He looks out for those he's close to and doesn't hesitate on putting others in their place if need be. If you mess with his friends it you make fast enemies with Kyan.

H i s t o r yAlthough his Ancestors hail from the cold climates of Northern Europe, Kyan was born and brought up in Bristol, South-West England, where he grew up with his mother and father. His childhood up until the age of nine was normal enough, that was until the accident.
It was a cold night in winter, the night of the christmas carnival, Kyan and his family were on their way home after a most magical night for little Kyan. Filled with fireworks and fairground rides and lots of interesting treats he'd never tried before. It was peaceful and still outside the warmth of the car, nothing but the silence and beauty of the falling snow that Kyan watched happily through the window. It happened so fast, in the blink of an eye everything changed, and a deep scar that would never heal marked Kyan's life. The tranquility was broken when suddenly their car was thrown off the road by the impact of another vehicle, the side of the vehicle was rammed straight into a tree, and Kyan was knocked unconscious before he could see the horror that befell his parents. That night was the last memory Kyan made with them before they left the world. All he could hear was the soft beep.. beep.. beep.. of a machine next to him, and no sign of his parents. He was worried, where were they? What happened before he blacked out last night? The more he was thinking the more it hurt to try, but not just from his injuries as he recalled the last moments before the impact. He was alone now. His parents had been his only family living in the UK, so other than friends he had met since going to school in Bristol, there was no one he knew that could take him in. He was soon placed with a family looking to adopt a child, he felt so alone, he didn't know these people, and although they were kind to him, he could never consider them his parents.. Not after being so close to them, and how soon it was after their passing. Life from then on was harder for little Kyan, and he wasn't going to get over it any time soon. But.. He couldn't keep looking back, he had to look forward, stay positive.. No matter how hard that was. After leaving school and atteding College, Kyan was advised that it would be highly beneficial to attend University abroad where there was a lot more to offer for him course-wise. There wasn't much he was leaving behind, so it wasn't a hard decision to make for the Norwegian. After bidding farewell to his foster family, and thanking them for taking care of him as their own, Kyan embarked on a new adventure to New York City, where he is presently living and studying. |
